About the Role
Sham Almustaqbal Technologies is hiring a Tender & Government Sales Specialist to lead B2G expansion across the GCC. The role requires 8+ years in tendering or government sales in the UAE/GCC, a network of procurement contacts, and deep knowledge of tender processes.

Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and track government and semi government tenders for printing consumables, copiers, and spare parts across UAE portals
- Own end to end bid preparation: documentation, compliance, pricing strategy, bonds, and portal submission
- Build, maintain, and leverage relationships with procurement and decision making contacts across government and enterprise accounts
- Shape ICV positioning, OEM vs compatible bid strategy, and coordination with GCC partners
- Own win rate and revenue targets for the B2G division and report to senior management
Requirements
- 8+ years in tendering, bid management, or government/enterprise sales in the UAE or GCC
- Proven, verifiable track record of tenders personally helped win
- Established network of procurement and decision maker relationships within government and large organizations
- Deep command of GCC tender processes: compliance, bonds, documentation, evaluation criteria
- Strong commercial judgment to assess tender risks
- Fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred
- UAE based

What You Will Be Doing
- Identify, qualify, and track government tenders across UAE portals

What You Must Have
- 8+ years in tendering, bid management, or government/enterprise sales in UAE or GCC

- Deep command of GCC tender processes
- Strong commercial judgment
- Fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred
- UAE based
Strong Advantages
- Experience in IT hardware, printing, office supplies, or office automation sectors
- Familiarity with ICV, SABER/SASO, ECAS, and GCC local content requirements
- Portfolio of completed government contracts
