Role Description
We are seeking a Tender Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
The Tender Coordinator will manage and oversee the development of proposals for tender submissions by coordinating with internal teams, gathering relevant documentation, and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
The role involves preparing cost estimations, reviewing tender proposals, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.
Additionally, the Tender Coordinator will communicate with clients to clarify tender requirements and follow up on submissions.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and editing
- Attention to detail, ability to review and ensure accuracy in documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management tools
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of tendering processes and procedures
- Familiarity with construction or interior design industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
