Responsibilities
- Review and analyze tender documents, including RFPs, technical specifications, BOQs, and scope of work for O&M and FM projects
- Prepare accurate technical and commercial cost estimates for new projects while ensuring competitiveness and targeted profit margins
- Develop detailed cost estimates covering manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, spare parts, and operational expenses
- Conduct cost analysis, risk assessments, and pricing evaluations to support profitable bidding strategies
- Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance teams to develop optimized technical and commercial proposals
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to achieve the best value and competitive pricing
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in compliance with client requirements and tender specifications
- Support the Business Development team by identifying new business opportunities and assessing feasibility of potential projects
- Evaluate existing contracts and identify opportunities for contract expansion, value added services, and revenue growth
- Analyze historical project costs and bidding outcomes to improve estimation accuracy and future pricing strategies
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend initiatives to reduce operational expenses without compromising service quality
- Develop cost models, project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial analyses for proposed projects
Requirements
- Experience in tender and estimation for O&M and FM projects
- Knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ, and pricing strategies
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
