Manage and maintain tenant law cases throughout the case lifecycle.
Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely case updates.
Monitor case progress and ensure all necessary documents and information are obtained.
Assist with client intake, case organization, and follow-up.
Collect, organize, and maintain case-related documents and records.
Assist attorneys with case preparation, deadlines, and administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate and organized electronic case files within the case management system.
Coordinate appointments, communications, and other case-related activities.
Ensure timely follow-up with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in the case.
Provide general administrative and virtual support to the legal team.

At least 2 years of Case Manager or similar legal experience in California Tenant Law.
Hands-on experience handling California Tenant Law cases is required.
Strong understanding of California Tenant Law terminology, procedures, and documentation.
Experience managing cases from intake through resolution.
Strong client communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Experience with legal case management software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
