As a Temporary Staff Relations Representative, you'll play an important role in supporting key HR programs and processes during a team member's leave of absence. In this role, you'll help ensure a seamless experience for our restaurant teams and Support Center partners by assisting with onboarding, employee records management, unemployment administration, employment verifications, and other Staff Relations activities.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of Human Resources functions while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.

- $26.00 - $28.00 / Hour

Here’s more of what you’ll get to do:
Support daily onboarding workflows (iCIMS/Equifax), administer the Quality Dining Program, and support unemployment vendor management and restaurant communications.
Respond to verification of employment inquiries from state agencies and private verifiers while supporting overall personnel file administration.
Manage personnel files, including filing, auditing, purging, and documentation for incoming requests while ensuring accountability for audits related to data management.
Maintain arbitration agreement compliance for restaurant managers, OSTs, and Corporate staff while demonstrating a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
What we require:
1+ years of Human Resources or administrative experience preferred.
Ability to work independently with little supervision and/or direction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong research ability.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
Self-starter who is well organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
