About the Role

Responsibilities

• Energize customer interactions with a warm and helpful approach that inspires sales.
• Promote campaigns, product launches, and the brand vision to customers.
• Process new inventory, restock shelves, cashier, and support other sales-floor activities.
• Demonstrate pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and its customers.

Requirements

• Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills are required.
• Energy and excitement around brand goals and values are required.
• Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Must be available for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
