About the Role
TOMMY HILFIGER is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to deliver a strong customer experience and support sales-floor and behind-the-scenes store operations.
The role promotes and upholds brand standards under the guidance of the Store Management team.
Responsibilities
- Energize customer interactions through warm, helpful conversation that inspires sales and builds brand loyalty.
- Stay connected to campaigns and product launches and promote the brand vision to customers.
- Process new inventory, restock shelves, operate the cash register, and support other store-floor duties.
What You’ll Bring
- Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills.
- Energy and excitement around the brand's goals and values.
- Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
