About the Role
TOMMY HILFIGER is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to deliver customer experiences and support sales-floor and behind-the-scenes store operations.
The role works under the guidance of the Store Management team.
Role Responsibilities
- Create warm and helpful customer interactions that inspire sales and build brand loyalty.
- Stay connected to campaigns and product launches and promote the brand vision to customers.
- Process new inventory, restock shelves, cashier, and support other sales-floor activities.
- Represent the brand with pride, commitment, and passion.
Candidate Requirements
- Friendliness, organization, and excellent time-management skills are required.
- Energy and excitement around the brand’s goals and values are required.
- Applicants must be able to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods.
- Applicants must be able to carry up to 20 pounds.
- Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.
Schedule
- The role offers a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holiday availability.
