Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations, and personal sales plans.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising tasks.
• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked sales floor and stockroom areas.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups.
• Receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in training, brand initiatives, and inclusion activities.
