The position is responsible for leading and coordinating research and educational initiatives within the Division of Orthopedics.
This role will plan, organize, and lead the Orthopedic Symposium while providing oversight and direction for research activities within the division.
The position will also supervise the research fellowship and work closely with residents to support the successful completion of program-specific and ACGME research requirements.
The role is expected to maintain compliance with all applicable ACGME guidelines and ETSU policies and procedures.
Through collaboration with faculty, fellows, and residents, the position will promote a strong culture of research, scholarship, and academic excellence within the Division of Orthopedics.
