We are seeking a temporary, part-time Research Assistant to conduct epidemiologic analyses and contribute to manuscript writing for studies focused on social determinants of health and health outcomes among people with HIV.
include conducting literature reviews, managing data, conducting statistical analyses, presenting interim results to the study team, drafting and revising scientific manuscripts, and submitting manuscripts for publication.
include a bachelor’s degree with six years of relevant research experience, a strong track record of translating scientific analyses into high-quality manuscripts, and proficiency in developing reproducible workflows in R.
The successful candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
include experience working with longitudinal observational clinical cohort data, familiarity with causal inference methods, and prior research related to SDOH and HIV.
This is a remote position reporting to Dr.
Lauren Zalla in the Department of Epidemiology at the School of Public Health.
Hours may vary based on project needs but are estimated at 10-20 hours/week
