Responsibilities
- Handle walk in and telephone sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders
- Assist with Tally based billing and inventory updates
- Coordinate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock checks
- Organize the store, label items, and ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Collaborate with technical team to identify switchgear specifications
- Provide professional customer service at the counter and over the phone

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai for a Tally Sales / Store Assistant / Switchgear Electrical Technician / Store Keeper.
- The role involves handling walk in and telephone sales inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and supporting customers with product selection.
- The team member will assist with Tally based billing and inventory updates, coordinate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Daily tasks include organizing the store, labeling items, conducting regular stock checks, and ensuring compliance with safety and handling procedures.
- The role also requires collaboration with the technical team to identify switchgear specifications and provide professional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Sales Management skills
- Training skills to learn product specifications quickly
- Experience with Tally or similar accounting/inventory software
