Responsibilities
- As the face of First Hawaiian Bank in our branches, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services. You will have the opportunity to serve a diverse group of customers, from individuals opening their first checking account to seasoned investors managing their wealth.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Personal alignment with our core values – Caring, Character, and Collaboration
- One year or more of customer service experience and cash handling
- Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong ability to positively engage with customers
- Attention to detail, ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
- Sales advisory skills to education customers on products and services
