Role Description

  • Leads a team of sales agents to drive the promotion and sales of advanced fixed line and smart solutions tailored to the needs of clients.
  • Ensures team performance aligns with organizational goals, focusing on innovative solutions to meet client demands.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed team targets.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to understand and promote solutions.
  • Monitor team performance using data driven approaches and reporting.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align team efforts with business objectives.
  • Act as an escalation point for client issues and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams.
  • In depth knowledge of fixed line products and telecommunications solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic or other target languages is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software.
