Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Generate qualified leads for construction, villa renovation, interior fit out, office fit out, and landscaping projects
- Explain the company's services and understand customer requirements
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development and Sales team
- Follow up on enquiries and maintain regular communication with prospects
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM or lead database
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment targets
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize business opportunities
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience
- Experience in UAE construction, interior fit out, or real estate industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is an added advantage
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and self motivation
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
