  • We’re Hiring: Experienced Telesales & Deal Closer
  • Join the Flying Poultry Team
  • Flying Poultry is one of Victoria’s leading wholesale food suppliers, proudly servicing restaurants, cafés, hotels, caterers, food manufacturers and hospitality businesses.
  • We supply everything hospitality businesses need under one roof, including: Premium Poultry Products, Dairy Essentials, Fresh Vegetables & Fruits, Essential Dry Goods, Complete Hospitality Food Solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective customers using company provided calling lists and sales software.
  • Introduce and promote Flying Poultry’s extensive product range.
  • Build strong relationships with restaurant owners, chefs and hospitality buyers.
  • Convert enquiries into long term customers.
  • Follow up leads and generate repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Submit end of day sales and activity reports.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales, inside sales or business to business (B2B) sales.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
  • Confident speaking with decision makers from premium restaurants and hospitality businesses.
  • Friendly, professional and highly persuasive telephone manner.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Self motivated, target driven and organised.
  • Able to hold engaging conversations and build rapport with clients.

Working Hours
