The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates.

The specialist will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce Archspace’s services, and generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.

Daily tasks include following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and coordinating with the sales and project teams to ensure smooth handover of potential clients.

The role also involves responding to customer questions, sharing information about exhibition and event solutions, and meeting individual and team sales targets.

The Telesales Specialist will contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on customer needs and market trends.

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on professionalism and client satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to explain services effectively over the phone.
