Company Description

Middle East Corporate Services - Is a consulting firm that specializes in providing financial services, accounting, tax advisory, internal audit, risk advisory, and corporate tax services.

Our team of experienced professionals helps our clients grow and succeed in their respective industries.

Daily Tasks – Telesales Representative

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients using company data
  • Explain company services (business setup, PRO services, audit, VAT, consulting)
  • Identify client requirements and generate qualified leads
  • Fix meetings/appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up with interested clients via calls and WhatsApp
  • Update call details, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel
  • Achieve daily call and lead targets
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team
  • Maintain professional communication and client relationships
  • Submit daily call and lead reports to the manager

Requirements

  • Experience in telesales or telemarketing (UAE experience preferred)
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is an advantage)
  • Ability to achieve targets and handle client queries professionally
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
