Daily Tasks – Telesales Representative
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using company data
- Explain company services (business setup, PRO services, audit, VAT, consulting)
- Identify client requirements and generate qualified leads
- Fix meetings/appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with interested clients via calls and WhatsApp
- Update call details, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel
- Achieve daily call and lead targets
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team
- Maintain professional communication and client relationships
- Submit daily call and lead reports to the manager
Requirements
- Experience in telesales or telemarketing (UAE experience preferred)
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is an advantage)
- Ability to achieve targets and handle client queries professionally
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
