Role Description
- The Telesales Representative is a full time, on site role based in the Riyadh Region.
- This role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to present insurance products, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable policies.
- The Telesales Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information on coverage and pricing, and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
- Daily tasks include maintaining detailed records in the CRM system, coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, and ensuring all interactions align with regulatory and company standards.
- The role also includes meeting personal and team sales targets and participating in ongoing training to stay updated on products and market changes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear telephone etiquette and the ability to explain insurance concepts simply.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and build long term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, with experience in telesales or insurance sales considered an advantage.
- Candidates should possess the ability to participate in and benefit from Training, adapting quickly to new products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
