Telesales Representative

**Shift Timing**: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

**Salary:** Total compensation package AED 3000 + Incentives & commission

We are seeking a motivated and English-speaking Tele Sales Representative with a minimum of 1 year of telesales experience to join our team in the UAE.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling telecommunication products and services to potential customers over the phone.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales and have a passion for telecommunications.

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers to promote and sell telecommunication products.

Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services to potential customers.

Identify and understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches to address those needs.

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve sales strategies and techniques.

Complete our training course to become proficient in product knowledge and sales techniques.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and sales scripts.

Strong command of the English language is essential.

Proficiency in desktop applications and internet usage.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Organizational expertise and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and master job-specific knowledge, on-call scripting, and industry product knowledge.

Previous telesales or sales experience of at least 1 year is required.

Candidates must be based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
