About the Role
The Captain's Club is looking for a Telesales Representative to contact prospects, answer inquiries, and close sales. Must be an Arabic speaker fluent in English with at least 2 years of sales/telesales experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities
- Contact prospects from provided qualified data (not cold calling)
- Answer incoming inquiries on phone, email, and WhatsApp and respond to questions and concerns
- Follow up calls, WhatsApp, and emails with prospects to set them up for offerings
- Maintain positive relationship with prospects by employing effective communication and active listening skills
- Accurately document information, interactions, and sales details in the company's CRM system
- Meet prospects for scheduled meetings, showcasing services and memberships and close sales
- Follow up with prospects who have already been met to close sales
- Collaborate closely with the customer service team, providing valuable feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales / telesales experience
- Must be Arabic speaker
- Must be fluent in English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
