Overview

  • Are you a confident communicator with a passion for real estate?
  • We are expanding our team and looking for a
  • Tele caller
  • to support lead generation, client engagement, and appointment scheduling.
  • 🔧 Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential buyers interested in Dubai real estate
  • Present property details, investment benefits, payment plans, and project highlights
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling & follow-ups
  • Schedule property tours, video calls, and meetings with the sales team
  • Maintain CRM records and track lead progress
  • Build strong relationships with clients to drive conversions
  • 🎯 Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in

English

  • (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
  • Prior tele calling or real estate experience (Dubai market experience preferred)
  • Strong persuasion and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
