Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Representative role based in Dubai.

The Telesales Representative will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce available properties and services, and follow up on leads generated through marketing and referrals.

The role includes understanding client requirements, presenting suitable property options, and booking appointments or viewings for the sales team.

The Telesales Representative will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track call outcomes, and work closely with sales and marketing colleagues to achieve individual and team targets.

Day-to-day responsibilities also involve providing professional customer support over the phone, handling basic inquiries, and participating in sales meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Preference will be given to candidates who speak Russian, Arabic, and English well.
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear telephone etiquette and fluent, professional spoken English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Proven Customer Service and Customer Support skills in a call center or client-facing environment.
  • Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead qualification, objection handling, and closing or booking appointments.
  • Experience providing or receiving Training related to telesales, customer interaction, or product knowledge is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in real estate, especially in the UAE market, is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Comfort using CRM or call management systems and basic office software.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed performance targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, sales, or a related field is a plus.
