- Handle incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries professionally
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote services and generate sales
- Register new subscriptions in the system and follow up until completion
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure service continuity and satisfaction
- Coordinate collection and order processing with relevant internal teams
- Handle different customer types (individuals, companies, shops, and institutions)
- Maintain accurate data entry and update customer records in the system
- Resolve basic issues related to subscriptions or orders
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and service quality
Requirements
- Experience in telesales or customer service
