We are looking for an enthusiastic tele-sales executive / Admin to generate leads and close sales over the phone for our real estate projects.
The role involves contacting potential clients, understanding their property needs, and scheduling site visits.
The role also involves creating and updating property listings across CRM systems and real estate portals, maintaining inventory and documentation records, preparing basic reports, and ensuring data accuracy to support efficient sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Explain real estate projects, pricing, offers, and payment plans clearly
- Identify customer requirements
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
- Follow up with interested clients to convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Handle customer objections professionally and confidently
Requirements
- Proven experience in tele sales, call center, or real estate sales preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in Dubai real estate (preferred)
- Familiarity with UAE property portals and CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal **English** communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of **RERA regulations** and real estate documentation
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Driving License is a Plus
