Harmony Medical Group is seeking a highly motivated Telesales Representative to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Arabic, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven background in sales.
Experience
in the dental or medical field will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to promote Harmony Medical Group’s services and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Provide accurate information about services and assist clients with inquiries.
- Maintain records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (telesales or field sales).
- Dental sales experience is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
