Overview
We are looking for a motivated and confident **Female Telesales Executive** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Call and follow up with student leads and inquiries
- Explain course details, fees, schedules, and benefits clearly
- Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
- Present, promote, and sell company products/services
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM or Excel
- Follow up with clients and build long-term customer relationships
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Previous telesales or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Fluent in English (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge and professional phone etiquette
- Friendly, confident, and target-oriented personalit
