Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in products or services.
- Handle inbound customer queries, questions, and complaints.
- Assess customer needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
- Sell products and recommend complementary or premium offerings through upselling and cross-selling.
- Qualify leads and refer purchase-ready prospects to the field sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer, call, and transaction records in a database or CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Build customer relationships to support satisfaction and repeat business.
Employment and Pay
- The position is full-time.
- Pay is AED 2,500 per month.
Preferred Language
- English and Hindi language skills are preferred.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
