- We’re looking to hire **a Female tele sales executive** to support our real estate business in Dubai.
- You will work directly with our CEO and are expected to communicate effectively, understand intent with clarity, and consistently generate high-quality opportunities.
- What the job involves:
- Calling property owners, buyers, and investor leads
- Following up on warm and existing data (not just cold lists)
- Understanding basic requirements (buying, selling, investment)
- Identifying serious clients and creating a continious pipeline.
- Maintaining proper follow-ups — this is a big part of the role
- Who this role suits:
- You’re comfortable speaking to clients professionally on calls
- You can handle conversations beyond just reading a script
- You understand that follow-ups are where results come from
- You take ownership of your work and stay consistent
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- **Must have prior outbound tele sales experience in Real Estate**
- Good spoken English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Based in Dubai
- Real Estate experience is mandatory
