3G Real Estate is looking for a motivated Real Estate Telesales Executive to handle inbound and outbound leads, create follow-ups, and maintain CRM records. The role requires at least 1 year of telesales experience, strong communication skills, and a valid UAE visa.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in any industry
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Consistent and disciplined approach to follow ups
- Fluent in English (required)
- Hindi or Urdu proficiency is a strong advantage
- Must be currently based in Dubai
- Must hold a valid UAE visa
- Basic CRM knowledge is a plus

What You Will Do
