Job Description
- Making outbound and inbound sales calls to present the company's services.
- Managing sales from the called call to closing the sale.
- Managing various sales conversations across different communication platforms (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, etc.).
- Recording customer data in the CRM system and uploading updates related to the sales transaction.
- Contacting existing customers to ensure their satisfaction with the service,agreeing on additional services for them, and obtaining referrals for other clients.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills with ability to turn objections into sales opportunities.
- build and nurturing high-value client relationships
- Ability to effi ciently gather and qualify prospect data from various platforms ( LinkedIn, company websites, directories).
Job Requirements
- More than 5 years experience in B2B sales, telesales, or online sales
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telesales, or online/digital sales.
- Demonstrable experience selling to businesses within the Saudi market.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Preferred: Fluency in Saudi Arabic (colloquial dialect).
- Should have a laptop and stable connection.
