Job Description
We are looking for a **Tele Sales Executive** to join our growing team in the immigration consulting industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, and promoting international immigration programs including residency, citizenship, and business migration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients
- Explain immigration programs (Golden Visa, Second Passport, Business Migration)
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication
- Convert inquiries into confirmed clients
- Maintain follow-ups and update CRM systems regularly
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in tele sales, call center, or immigration sales (preferred)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus (tagalog, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu)
