- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, effectively pitching products and services tailored to their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and transactions in the CRM system to track progress and follow up on leads efficiently.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by utilizing persuasive communication techniques and strategic questioning to close deals.
- Qualify leads through targeted questioning, identifying customer pain points and suggesting appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and share feedback on customer responses.
- Conduct regular follow ups with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet converted.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales or similar role
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems
