Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, effectively pitching products and services tailored to their needs, ensuring a personalized customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and transactions in the CRM system to track progress and follow up on leads efficiently.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by utilizing persuasive communication techniques and strategic questioning to close deals.
  • Qualify leads through targeted questioning, identifying customer pain points and suggesting appropriate solutions that enhance sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and share feedback on customer responses to optimize future strategies.
  • Conduct regular follow ups with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet converted to ensure the sales funnel remains active.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge, staying ahead in a competitive market.
