Cold Calling Executive And Real Estate Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Female Cold Calling Executive / Real Estate Assistant to join our growing real estate operations in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing daily operational and sales support tasks remotely.

Salary

AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 per month + Attractive Commission Structure

Important Requirement

Only apply if you have previous real estate cold calling experience.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate cold calling or telesales
Strong English communication skills
Arabic speaking is a strong advantage
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Basic understanding of CRM systems and social media platforms
Must have a valid UAE visa
Female candidates preferred

Responsibilities

Cold calling potential real estate clients and generating leads
Managing CRM and updating client records
WhatsApp follow-ups with leads and clients
Uploading and managing property listings
Appointment scheduling and coordination
Assisting with daily real estate operational tasks
Social media posting and basic engagement support
Maintaining professional communication with clients
