Role Description
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for engaging customers, generating leads, maintaining positive customer relationships, and closing sales.
Day-to-day responsibilities include answering customer queries, providing information about services, proactively making sales calls, and meeting sales targets.
This is a full-time, on-site/WFH role based in Dubai.
Probation period is of 2 months with visa to be provided.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support tasks
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred
