Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to generate qualified real estate leads
- Engage with potential buyers and investors professionally
- Identify customer requirements and qualify leads
- Categorize leads as Hot, Warm, or Cold based on interest and buying potential
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Submit a daily call report with calling activity, lead status, and follow up actions
- Coordinate qualified leads with the sales team for further engagement
- Meet daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or cold calling within the Dubai real estate market
- Good knowledge of Dubai communities and key investment areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Strong persuasion and objection handling skills
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Self motivated, target driven, and disciplined
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
