Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospective clients and the sales team
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, social media, and networking platforms
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up activities in the CRM system
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, leads, and follow up activities
- Work closely with the sales team and conduct customer follow ups after pre sales discussions
- Ensure timely communication with prospects and customers to maximize conversion opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in the UAE
- Fluency in Malayalam, Hindi, and English (mandatory)
- Bachelor's Degree (minimum qualification)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office and CRM software
- Self motivated, target oriented, and capable of working independently

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
