About the Role

- Handle outbound and inbound calls to introduce medical services and explain treatment options
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments
- Update and maintain patient and lead records in CRM system
- Follow up to maximize conversions and rebookings
- Collaborate with clinic staff to understand promotions and service lines
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Prepare basic call and performance reports
- Adhere to regulatory and privacy standards
Requirements
- Strong communication skills including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional phone etiquette
- Customer service and customer support skills
- Lead generation and sales skills
- Previous telesales, call center, or healthcare sales experience highly beneficial
- Confidence using CRM systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast paced clinical environment and manage multiple calls
- Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or degree in business, marketing, or healthcare a plus
