Responsibilities
- Contact potential patients and respond to inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, social media, website, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Explain medical services, treatments, packages, and promotional offers professionally
- Build trust with prospective patients and provide accurate treatment information
- Schedule and confirm consultation appointments with doctors
- Follow up consistently to ensure attendance and coordinate pre appointment guidance
- Welcome and assist patients throughout their consultation journey
- Work with doctors and clinical team to prepare follow up plans
- Convert consultation patients into treatment patients through follow up and education
- Address patient concerns and objections professionally
- Maintain communication until treatment completion and follow up for feedback
- Encourage satisfied patients to provide testimonials, reviews, and referrals
- Generate new business through referrals and networking
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of telesales or call center experience in healthcare or medical clinic/hospital/day surgery sector
- Excellent communication and selling skills
- Arabic speakers highly preferred; additional languages like English, Farsi an advantage
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to meet sales targets
- Immediate joiners preferred

- Explain the center's medical services, treatments, packages, and promotional offers in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Build trust with prospective patients by understanding their concerns and providing accurate information.
- Schedule and confirm consultation appointments with the appropriate doctor or specialist.
- Follow up consistently to ensure patients attend their scheduled consultation.
- Coordinate with patients before appointment and provide guidance on location, documents, and reminders.
- Welcome and assist patients throughout their consultation journey.
- Work closely with doctors and clinical team to understand treatment recommendations and prepare follow up plans.
- Convert consultation patients into treatment patients through continuous follow up, patient education, and relationship building.
- Address patient concerns, objections, and questions professionally.
- Maintain regular communication with patients until treatment completion.
- Follow up after procedures to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of telesales or call center experience in healthcare or medical clinic/hospital/day surgery sector.
- Excellent communication and selling skills.
- Arabic speakers highly preferred; additional languages such as English, Farsi will be an advantage.
