- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or offerings
- Maintain consistent follow ups to close sales and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Record customer interactions, sales updates, and follow up details in the CRM system accurately
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide clear, persuasive responses
- Maintain updated knowledge of product features, pricing, promotions, and company policies
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance sales performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain brand reputation with every interaction
- Adhere to call quality standards, scripts, and compliance guidelines
- Meet or exceed assigned KPIs, including call volume, conversions, and revenue targets
Requirements
- Experience in telesales or outbound calling
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
- Excellent customer service skills
