We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting products or services, generating sales, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products or services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to maximize sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update customer information in CRM systems and databases.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
