- Explain products and services professionally and handle customer inquiries

- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth customer onboarding
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of telesales or telemarketing experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English
- Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or other languages will be an added advantage
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to meet targets
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Positive attitude, confidence, and excellent customer service skills
