Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company provided databases and leads
- Introduce Venture Hire's Citizenship and Residency by Investment services
- Qualify potential clients and assess their interest and eligibility
- Schedule appointments and consultations for senior advisors
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
- Update and manage client information in the CRM system
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
- Maintain a professional and positive approach when communicating with clients
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize lead conversion
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, call center, or sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Confident, target driven, and self motivated
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast paced sales environment

Job Responsibilities

Requirements
