Job Description
The employer is seeking a confident, energetic, and target-driven telesales executive for its real estate team in Dubai.
The role contacts potential clients, generates qualified leads, understands client requirements, and arranges meetings with Property Consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to potential real estate clients.
- Generate and qualify leads for property sales and investment opportunities.
- Introduce clients to suitable Dubai real estate projects.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, preferred locations, and investment goals.
- Schedule meetings, calls, and property consultations for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested and potential clients.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client responses.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and meeting targets.
- Coordinate with Property Consultants for proper lead handover.
- Maintain professional communication with prospective clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- The candidate must be fluent and confident in spoken English.
- Strong communication and convincing skills are required.
- The candidate should be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- A target-oriented approach with a professional and positive attitude is required.
- Hindi or other languages are advantageous.
- Previous telesales, telecalling, customer service, or real estate experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is advantageous.
- Freshers with excellent English communication and sales skills may apply.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 per month.
