Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through telesales
- Promote FinGuard's services, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments
- Follow up on inquiries, maintain regular communication, and nurture client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service delivery
- Maintain an updated and accurate record of calls, sales activities, and client interactions
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of telesales experience, preferably within auditing, accounting, or financial services sectors
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, goal oriented, and able to thrive in a results driven environment
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of UAE business compliance and financial services is a plus
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage
