Job Summary
The employer is seeking an energetic, target-driven Telesales Executive.
The role conducts outbound B2B outreach across the UAE, engages decision-makers, and books qualified on-site audit appointments for the technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-ups to business leads across the UAE.
- Identify decision-makers and qualify their IT and infrastructure needs.
- Pitch a complimentary 20-minute IT and Network Security Audit to secure on-site appointments.
- Maintain accurate call records and lead updates in the CRM system.
- Handle gatekeepers professionally and build strong initial client relationships.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for outreach and booked meetings.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of outbound B2B telesales or lead-generation experience in the UAE.
- Fluent English with strong phone communication and persuasion skills.
- A target-driven mindset with the ability to overcome objections.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and basic computer applications.
- Prior experience in IT, telecommunications, or technology sales is a plus.
