Telesales Executive

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Contact leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
• Understand candidates’ education, experience, and career goals.
• Explain overseas job opportunities and company services.
• Qualify leads and convert them into registered clients.
• Follow up with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with documentation and operations teams for smooth processing.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Requires 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or recruitment sales.
• Excellent English communication skills are required; Hindi, Malayalam, or Tamil is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills are required.
• Comfortable working with CRM software.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
