Job Summary
Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate internally to support smooth job execution.
Generate sales through inbound and outbound communication while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and walk-in interactions and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Generate business through follow-ups, outbound calls, and effective customer engagement.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close orders to achieve sales targets.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with Design, Production, and Logistics teams for execution and delivery.
- Maintain customer relationships, resolve concerns promptly, and update sales records and the customer database.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in indoor sales, customer service, sales coordination, BPO, or telemarketing is stated, while freshers are welcomed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
