About The Role
**AND Events** and **ANZ Interiors** are seeking a proactive and results-oriented **Telesales Executive** to support business growth across both companies.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who can work independently, generate quality leads, and convert prospects into business opportunities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients for both AND Events and ANZ Interiors.
- Identify, research, and qualify potential customers through lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects for event management, fit-out, and interior solutions.
- Introduce and promote the services of both companies to potential clients.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales and business development teams.
- Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and existing leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and opportunities within the events and interiors industries.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, business development, or a similar sales role.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in lead generation and prospecting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Experience in the events, construction, fit-out, or interior design industry is a plus.
