- Conduct outbound calls to property owners to generate new sale and rental listings
- Build and maintain a strong database of property owners and potential clients
- Negotiate with property owners regarding pricing, rental rates, and listing agreements
- Maintain regular communication with property owners to build long term relationships
- Work closely with sales and leasing teams to meet monthly listing and lead generation targets
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
- Follow up with property owners to secure exclusive and non exclusive listings
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate industry
- Strong communication and telesales skills
- Fluency in English
- Familiarity with real estate CRM systems and listing portals
- Target driven and self motivated

Job Summary
- We are looking for a motivated and results driven Tele Sales Executive with experience in the Dubai real estate market to generate property listings and negotiate listing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Strong communication and telesales skills with a confident phone presence.
- Ability to generate listings and set quality appointments.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage (Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, etc.).
- Familiarity with real estate CRM systems and listing portals (preferred).
- Target driven, proactive, and self motivated personality.
